Attacking Mitt Romney for flip-flopping on issues during the 2012 presidential race, Barack Obama jested that if you displayed the same symptoms, you might have ‘Romnesia’. Obama thus sank to the level of accusing his opponent of being mentally defective, and trivializing psychiatric illness.
