How do you get to be bombed by a flying robot in an American ‘drone strike’? First your name will go on a kill list — officially known, in deadening bureaucratese, as a ‘disposition matrix’. (Officials refer to it futuristically as a ‘next-generation capture/kill list’.) From then on you are likely to have a disposition to become deceased.
