The act of collectively punishing a race of human beings by randomly and regularly selecting members of that particular race for intrusive and unwarranted acts of policing or enforcement. Unapologetic and misleading, the term implies a continuous, yet innocent, process of "profiling" of that particular group - a presentation of who they are. Racist Abuse of Authority Based on Stereotyping would be a more honest term.
